“StereoData Maker”Scripting Commands

uBasic scripting commands allow users to automate certain operations of their camera.

Most users will find
publically-available scripts meet their needs but if you wish to write your own, study the Scripting Tutorial on the WIKI.

From a user-script, you can access most of the SDM stereovariables, should you need to.

The list of SDM-supported script commands is at SDM uBasic Commands.

If your script is not monitoring the USB remote switch but captures images (such as a motion-detection script), you should disable SDM Synch mode.
If not, the image-capture sequence will wait for a button-release that never comes.
After a delay of ten seconds it will then capture the image.
For the vast majority of scripts, you should disable SDM synch mode
